Policies
Course Cancellation
Our courses run rain or shine; however, we will postpone the course should conditions not allow us to run a course. Courses postponed for weather-related reasons or other exigent circumstances will be rescheduled at a later date.
Students who cancel with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $100 rebooking fee. This fee may be waived for compassionate reasons at our discretion.
Charter Trip Cancellation
For local charters, a deposit is required to hold your spot, and the full amount is due 2 weeks before the charter date. All charters are non-refundable. Please let us know if you are unable to go. If we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a store credit for your charter fee. If the charter is cancelled by Dirty Adventures Scuba or the boat operator due to unforeseeable circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
International trips are subject to the policies of our partner travel agent and/or host resort.
Shipping and Returns
Items sold new can be returned within 30 days with original packaging for 100% store credit or refund. Items without their original packaging will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Certain items may incur a 10% re-stocking fee. High-dollar items may have a re-stocking fee which covers transaction and shipping charges. Custom items, unfortunately, do not qualify for a full refund. If an item doesn't fit, we will do everything to make sure you get a proper fit.
Used items are sold as “final sale.” If there is a problem, please contact us, and we will do everything to make sure we find a solution. We are people too, so we will do our best to ensure we find a solution that works for everyone depending on what is going on.
