Dirty Adventures Scuba in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada is looking for someone unique for this exciting opportunity.  Hence a different type of job posting:

What we are looking for from you:
We can teach you everything you need to know about the Scuba business.  What we need is someone to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business which includes scuba training, trips, and store operations.  This includes customer service, organizing the shop, managing classes, setting up processes, and hiring employees.  It is not your responsibility to do everything, it is your responsibility to make sure everything gets done.  

What we offer:
We offer a supportive environment, including training, development and mentoring.   This position is particularly well suited for someone who likes flexibility in a low-stress and local work environment, you can even bring a well-behaved dog to work with you (please do!)  You will need to spend some time in our store, at least 50% of the work can be completed remotely on a flexible schedule.

Pay Rate 20-35/hr depending on experience/fit
Hours per week 20-37.5 hours per week negotiable/seasonal/TBD
Business partnership/profit sharing is a possibility (but not a requirement)
